If you are not 100% satisfied with the plumbing, air conditioning or heating service we have provided, we will refund your money. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, are not drug-free, do not wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. Should a repair fail in the first year, we will repair it again absolutely free.
We guarantee that the air conditioning, heating, electrical, or plumbing equipment and/or fixtures we supply and install in your home will perform as we have stated. If your equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you.
